@RogersBase
How you know that Oda dom't mess Elbaf either?
I was summoned so I'm gonna answer this before spoilers come out: People are so quick to just take one line out of context from my reviews. You can like Wano and and still be happy to move on and be done with it. We've been in this arc for longer than some people have been in college and there's quite literally a 0% chance that Elbaf (or whatever the next arc after Wano is) ends up being a 4 year long arc like Wano was.

I love the short arcs and post-arc world building so these next couple years will most likely be right up my alley.

Like I said in my review, the highs of Wano were incredibly high but we've just been in it for too long at this point. Oda stans are so quick to say "Wait until the arc is over to give your thoughts" whenever you have an ounce of criticism about a weekly chapter that when an arc finally ends and you share your overall thoughts, the goalpost will move and people will screech "How do you know the next arc will be better?" or will pretend like the arc isn't actually ending OR pretend like you had nothing bad to say for the entire time you were reacting to it and say "EASY FOR YOU TO CRITICIZE NOW THAT THE ARC IS OVER AND YOU FARMED YOUR REACTION VIEWS"!

This was the EXACT same conversation that people had after Dressrosa and, to a lesser extent, Whole Cake Island.

It's just exhausting and a big reason why I rarely engage with the One Piece community outside of my own videos, talking to the Reverie squad and the occasional check-in here on WorstGen nowadays. With a series as massive as One Piece, you're bound to really like some things and dislike other things.

The moment yamato got introduced she said she wants to join luffys crew, she wants to join the voyage like oden joined roger, most people thought she would join from back then already.
I dont deny that rn yamato > sanji but its literally the same case as jimbei, people said sanji sucks he will fight page one while jimbei will fight jack or queen and look what happend in the end , suprise ! Oda did the same thing he does for 1000+ chapters, he makes zoro fight the 2nd and sanji the 3rd , while also making a comment about them being the most valuable assets of luffy.
People will keep talking shit until next big arc with big battles and u will see that yamato gwts sidelined and sanji and zoro takes on 2nd and 3rd and im not gonna even debate that.
This usually does happen, yes. So I won’t be surprised if it happens again. However, Yamato is different from Jimbei because she’s way stronger than him. She held off Kaido while Luffy was down. Jimbei’s biggest feat is being able to withstand Big Mom’s Soul Pocus, something i’m sure Sanji could do at the time as well. I was never convinced that Jimbei was stronger than Sanji, 4th strongest in the crew, yes, but not stronger. This time, if Yamato joins, she will undeniable be stronger than Sanji, so Oda would have to write her or Sanji in a very creative way if i’m to be convinced that Sanji becomes stronger than her. That’s all i’m saying. So, as much I can wouldn’t be surprised if Sanji fights the 3rd strongest enemy in the next arc, I also wouldn’t be surprised if, for example, Yamato takes that role and Sanji becomes a major support character or protector of the weakest SHs if they’re in a pinch or something (this is if Yamato joins). But anyway, all we can do is speculate and wait and see as nothing is certain. My way of thinking or yours doesn’t affect how Oda will decide to go about writing his story. :cheers::cheers:
