But it’s quite fun to see you saying : we could have been underestimating Sanji and Queen.
Queen and Sanji were always quite strong you just didn’t want to see it
You never bother reading my work and always judge me based on emotions. You have no love for me
I think Queen is being severely underestimated on our forum. Yamato beats him alright but not easily.
^This is right before we got spoilers.
BM never took down Queen, he was playing dead because it was hopeless and he's a coward. It takes much more than that to KO him.
I am one of the only people, besides Sanji fans, who argue Big Mom never KO'ed Queen, and give him credit for capturing her.
Queen isn't lacking in AP. He's just not quick enough to properly utilize his AP. Even if they're not 100% effective, Lasers probably do work on King. With that being said, King, in general, is a very bad match-up for Queen.
Stronger? Queen
Better? Doffy
Someone make a Queen respect thread and tell folks that he lost to the hottest flames in the series.
Strictly speaking from their performance, Queen is closer to Jack than he is to King—He's still far stronger than Jack. However, given how Queen treats King vs. how he treats Jack, you might get the impression that he's closer to King than he's to Jack. Katakuri is somewhere b/w King and Queen. IMO, Queen beats Jack easier than Katakuri beats Queen, so I'd say Queen is closer to Katakuri than he is to Jack.
I just think King is much stronger than Queen due to the difference in their performance. That doesn't mean I don't acknowledge him or Sanji for what they are.
People generally assume Yamato is much stronger than the commanders mainly because she held off Kaido. I've never been a fan of this argument because I think most commanders are capable of holding off top tiers for a period of time. But this line of thought became a norm among the fans, so people generally accept that Yamato is much stronger than Queen, and King, because she fought Kaido. So what I was saying is that if Yamato is proved to be weaker than or equal to Sanji, then it'll also be confirmed that Queen's been closer to Yamato than he's given credit for.
Of course, this applies to King as well but we can make an argument for King against Yamato via Zoro, who proved himself against Kaido before fighting King, but we can't the same about Queen or Sanji, which is why I spoke of them in specific.
