Followed the last 7/8 days of the trial before closing arguments. IMO defamation may be hard to prove due to how specific it is but Heards testimony, her witnesses and experts testimonies were almost entirely bad. I think Heard’s only good witness was the woman psychiatrist.

I'm talking about their goals, their respective dreams they want to accomplish... I'm not talking about their character development, I'm talking about how they each have a goal that they won't budge on. Luffy being the king of the pirates, zoro being the world's greatest swordsman, Yamato being "oden" and traveling with the king of the pirates. I was talking about the comment complaining about Yamato still saying she's oden. That's her thing, and she has the willpower to see it through, she's been training to help take down kaido for that purpose since she met ace even if she hadn't met the crew yet. I don't understand the complaint about her staying committed to her goal. It's like everyone is so disappointed in the story that they just complain rather than trying to understand what oda was going for. That's just my 2cents you can take it or leave it but I haven't really encountered anyone on here worth debating with

Well, gotta be honest. This was a disappointing end to the arc. Kaido was nothing but an op brute. His backstory was boring and predictable. The final fight was also boring and predictable. MVP for me were Zoro, Sanji and Law.

I know a lot of guys on here simp for her, BUT I WILL HATE IT IF YAMATO BECOMES A STRAW HAT! I would seriously despise it to a level that I may drop One Piece. She is such a Mary Sue character, and the "I'm Oden" continuous declarations are like nails on a chalk board. So damned annoying!!!

Also, she would overshadow Nami and Robin who both just got nice power ups and have EARNED their place on the crew! She would even overshadow Sanji tbh. I fucking hate this so much I wanna puke. Please don't do it Oda.

Annoying character traits are much less prominent than the actual heart of the character. At their lowest Sanji, Chopper and Brook have all made me cringe and be annoyed at some point, but the overall writting for them clearly portrays them as great people in general, and i have faith Yamato will be the same as well.
