Its true that Nami is not as well written in the TS. I think its a problem with pretty much all of the crew except for Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji.

Fighting abilities and looks are important but I can't imagine Yamato having interesting interactions with the crew apart from Zoro due to Ushimaru. I think this is where Nami completely outshines Kaido's daugther as a character.

Nami will always have more of these moments compared to everyone else. Yamato fans are deluding themselves that Nami will be pushed aside for her to take her place

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if a decent sized portion of the One Piece never read the first arcs and just skimmed through wikia summaries. It would explain a LOT.

i think half the people who discuss the chapter every week dont actually read the chapter, they just read spoilers. probably 25 percent dont even look at the scans

The fast pacing of how Oda is moving the plot is great

Ive waited years so that we reach this part

The way Oda gathered the scabbards and them looking like they're heading to the castle in the FC, I think the big twist related to their plot will happen there
