The straw hats are lead by the monster trio, Luffy and his wings. No one joining will be beyond Sanji. As soon as Yamato steps foot onto the Sunny it means that Sanjis stronger than her.

I disagree. As soon as Sanji gets the feats to surpass her is when he surpasses her. Sanji didn’t surpass Jinbei until he got the Germa buffs. Wings don’t mean anything in terms of strength.

So until Sanji fights a Yonko and does as good as Yamato or beats someone comparable to Yamato he’s weaker than Yamato.

Context over "rank." Zoro has CoC, the highest durability for a regular human, the physical strength to overpower Zoans, and a BLADED weapon that provides range and defensive boosts.

Yamato is a super tough Zoan with unique defensive and offensive abilities, but that's not necessarily more than King. Yamato also has CoC, but has yet to actually finish a strong opponent so we can't rate it. A blunt weapon too, which means less likely to finish on contact.

Sanji has involuntary mutant powers. Decent Haki, great speed, and a lot of skill, but without control of the Germa boost it's not really good enough to beat the other two. Maybe Jinbe if he ever gets careless.

So I'm assuming you're of the opinion that Yamato will from here on out fight the third strongest enemy while Zoro remains to fight the second, correct?. And before you make the argument that Sanji will fight the stronger enemies but remain weaker, I hope you realize that the most explicit evidence in the manga of Zoros edge over Sanji is the fact he fights the stronger enemies.

Oda would never change the Monster trio dynamic and since Sanji is number 3 he‘ll have to surpass Yamato. That means there are 2 options:

• Sanji will surpass acoc without having it

• Sanji will get it later

Do you even read what you write? Sanji only blocked BM with Luffy help. Jinbei didn't but he had other feats against her that Sanji didn't.

FI Jinbei fought equally against base Luffy while WCI Sanji gave his all to beat a pacific Luffy.

I don’t think that’s the case in the slightest. Sanji wasn’t even struggling the slightest bit and he was arguing with Luffy the whole time while doing it.

I don’t remember what he used in WCI I’ll have to pull it up. But either way it’s not a Sanji feat or a Luffy feat. It’s not even impressive considering what Zoro and Yamato have done.
