Yeah xD Wano Arc has focused strongly about Characters who are not what they seem to be, so i couldn't ignore the heavy hints about Sukiyaki. However what is puzzling me now is that i thought Oda kept him alive so that Momo could leave Wano & let Sukiyaki Rule.
I think Oda is preparing some Plot Twist

Mihawk has neither strength nor charisma comparable to kid and law . Heck even sugar can take mihawk out with one shot. He is that weak.

Bounty is down to strength most of the time. A few times like usopp and buggy due to inhumane charisma seeps out and get recognition. Mihawk alas neither has strength nor charisma to be a big shot

Oda called Fujitora a swordsman, therefore Mihawk is stronger than both Green Bull and Fujitora
