If the impossible actually comes, and Sanji ends up fighting an Admiral (which is the weakest one aka Green Bull) then Zoro will do him the favor of breaking Sanji opponent's main weapon first before he took on Sanji.
Has happened before

Can happen again with Green Bull's sword so Sanji can stand a chance.
