How?

His hair and Eyebrows are the only things that really stand out, but beyond that he looks like a pretty average Asian male. Like in comparison to Fuji and Kizaru he doesn't have that many sharp and unique features, it would be difficult to draw him in a compelling way unless you were doing it in a more hyper realistic style which Oda is the polar opposite of.
