If she even knew ryou. she could have removed those shackles or cuffs herself like luffy did.
Luffy in Many instances used Arnamnet haki + adcoc to attack kaido. but only the sandles were never Black hue of haki. means just adcoc.
Adcoc<arnament + adcoc < Ryou + adcoc (luffy bajrang gun)

Honestly if Blackbeard can use Adv CoC in the way you described earlier, that would be really awesome too. I want to see haki infused into bullets and thus haki gunslinging from Shanks and or Blackbeard and their crews, more likely Shanks crew naturally but Blackbeard infusing Adv CoC into any weapon or even his DF attacks would be amazing!
Given the absolute insanity we've had this arc in terms of powerups and thus powerscaling and such, I don't even know where Oda can go from here and if there's gonna be even more powerups.

So people with complete mastery over all the form of haki are superior. Katakuri was superior in Ad coo. and placed himself in a league of his own. same with yamato she knows adcoc. but I would suggest she is around yc1 only. not knowing ryou and FS.Like zoro and luffy.
and this fits perfectly if that's it yamato or else sanji can never surpass yamato. sanji have affinity in all the haki forms except COC and ADCOC. like ace. ace did coc but still.
