I would be fine with it, as Vivi actually shares an extremely solid bond with 6/10 of the crew. A bond that actually doesn't feel forced as it was build through the entirety of the baroque works saga. I don't think power isn't even that much of a problem, as Oda could just give her a powerful devil fruit (she never had a 1 vs 1 so changing her fighting style wouldn't really affect the character much, kinda like Nami going from bo staff to Climat tact)
This is assuming Vivi didn't get captured though, as Imu showed interest in her.

Power isn’t an issue, her feather rings are already quite strong making her an officer agent in Baroque Works, plus her family has been rumored to have that “miracle” to summon rain. May actually become a future plot point

Well, I have a hard time seeing Fujitora sticking around with the WG after a "great cleansing" starts.
He's also the only non-logia which I think distinguishes him further.

So the main adversarial admirals will be Akainu, Kizaru, and Ryokugyu.

Since we know Akainu is the strongest the only question is who is stronger between Kizaru and Ryokugyu.

It makes sense for fuji to not fight against them, but i don't think peramicia is an indicator, kuzan was a logia and he kinda turned around wg.
About kizaru and greenbull i don't get why try to scale, because even if one is stronger then the other its not by much they are all admirals of the same rank, before greenbull was introduced people said OG admirals are the strongest , now kizaru is the weakest one ?
