Think the most likely News is "Revolutionary Army member Sabo killed the Alabasta King and kidnaped the Princess"
For the world would be a normal act of the Revos army, to take down the leadership of a major WG country, the major impact would be how Luffy would react to this, as he know Cobra was a good guy.
Of course we know the WG were the ones behind this, but framming the Revos make sense, and would link with what Garp have said to the Fishman of the Navy putting their forces behind it already, to rescue Vivi.
What i believe had happend is Vivi and Sabo are arrested by the WG and will be joined by Hancock, but they arent on Impel Down, they are slaves of the celestials in Marijoa, and the rescue of the three will be a major reason for Luffy to attack the WG. Most likely Kuma ability will be the used to send someone to the SH and give the real info.
