As long as it's for combat then it's fine
Day to day stuff he can cope without it like Shanks can
It'd be beyond pointless if he just has his arm reattached as soon as he appears on Wano, there'd be no point in doin it in the first place

It was inevitable, the only reason they sided with the Admirals is so they can put Mihawk above the Yonko's. Now that the Yonko's are done, they're trying to put Mihawk above the Admirals so their alliance with the Admirals has naturally ended.

Actually I might reconsider my answer, I remembered that he mostly wears a long coat and gloves. If he can create an arm out of fire, in perfect shape, he could put his glove over his fire hand. Since Logia users can turn their clothes into the respective element and then back into normal clothes, that should work out in a way so that his clothes don't burn up. But he still couldn't give handshakes :(
So maybe it'll be Fire Fist Sabo, y'know, literally speaking
