Horse ---> Animal should indicate the character, but looking at the past it's not always true. Ox is described as very differerent from how Aramaki seems to be portrayed, same goes for Tiger/Issho...
But still, looking at the definition in the Zodiac: Horse is independent, energetic, charming, impatient, short-tempered
