Chapter Discussion Why Momo said that to Yamato (1054 Spoilers)

In the most recent chapter, momo told yamato that he should stay back and not interfere with the scabards and momo’s fight against ryukyugu

I think this is because momo knows that yamato will be leaving wano soon on the sunny, momo wants to prove that the land of wano can take on an admiral without the help of others.

If he couldn’t do that, there’d basically be no way that wano wouldn’t quickly be overtaken by the world government, as kizaru or ryukyugu could always just zip over and destroy everyone.

This could possibly make yamato realize that he needs to stay in wano and not join the strawhats. Though personally i hope he does join the crew
