This will just be another waste of time , but :

As i already said , there can be a balance between not shitting Momo/Scabbards and not shitting on Aramaki , and this can be achieved by having their fight end abruptly by Luffy . Which also fulfills Oda's habit of meeting an Admiral with Luffy in his introduction .

But yeah , i'd rather Oda shit on Momo and Scabbards rather than shit on a newly introduced top-tier who was kept hidden for 340 chapters until this point + shitting on a good chunk of Final Saga since Aramaki is one of the strongest fighters of WG .

So if Aramaki gets shit on by having him retreat by Momo + Scabbards , there you have it , a total of 400+ chapters being shit on .
And that man ( Oda ) just had a message for us OP fans some days ago to get hyped for the Final Saga .

If he's really planning to have Momo-Scabbards force Aramaki retreat , i wonder if he's really serious then to make a hype Final Saga because having one of the Final Saga's top-tiers retreat by them is sure as hell not a way to make it hype .

Unless , Momo grows so much that he'll go from being fodder to Aramaki , to being a top-tier like Shanks and Rayleigh ( the men who prevented Akainu & Kizaru from touching SHs ) , in this 1 fight .
But that sounds like nonsense . But i guess there is a bit possibility of it since Momo has Oden's genes + cloned DF of Kaido's .

Crazy how this month break have made people wank Ryokugyu to a crazy lvl, as if he was some major character that would have a major impact.



Its clear that he is there for some plot reasons, being:

1- To develop Momo character, he have to become able to protect Wano from the WG like his Kozuki ancestors have done for centuries, and not just that, as the narration in the chapter he show himself as a adult seems to indicate that he is going to become a major world figure until the end of the series and a key player in the fall of the WG, he having to face the WG is the prof that Wano now cant protect itself again.

2-To make the WG aware of two major infos from Wano: the Yamato is Kaido son and that Wano have a new powerfull Kuzuki Shogun that have dragon powers, that is the one behind the country not opening the borders yet, as the Gorosei have said.

3-To make Ryokugyu give the people in Wano some infos about what is happening in the outside world.

4-To create a plot point that makes the SH move on from Wano to the next arc.




Ryo part in story right now is much more like Garp showing up in the end of W7 than Kizaru showing up in Sabaondy, he isnt there to fight, but to force the plot to move.
