I feel probably at least 5 billions. Would not be too crazy if made it past that.

Dragon is the most wanted man alive but imho his bounty is lower than Pirate king and higher than any original emperor. Thats why Brannew said "No PIRATES have ever surpassed these two."

Sanji on WCI definitely didn't stand a chance, after a Wano power up maybe, but if Sanji gets the same CoO and can see into the future just like Katakuri does.
Katakuri has inhuman endurance and amazing CoO, but I would expect him to be weak to the flames, so if Sanji goes all hot and invisible, he could give Kata some trouble now, but only if his CoO improves, because otherwise being invisible doesn't help if your opponent knows where you would strike from.

Sanji has the potential to one shot katakuri with beef burst.

Going invisible is already a huge challenge to kata. Give sanji fs and he quite literally low diffs.

Sir Crocodile ---> 810,000,000 (his former bounty, x10)
Bartholomew Kuma ---> 996,000,000 or 1,096,000,000 (second is more likely imo)
Edward Weevil ---> 1,546,000,000 or 2,046,000,000 (first is more likely imo)
Drakul Mihawk ---> 2,690,000,000

Zoro 1.420 Oda always plays with 2-0 and a number before this time 4 I don't have high expectation with him getting or surprassing 1.50 besides his dressrosa bounty wa 320,80 times less luffy pre dressrosa Bounty and it seems oda is doing that with him
Sanji 1.330 and now makes sense why he got 330 in the last arc is 1b+ his current one his wano opponent was 1.320 who worked with his father that would explain germa > Queen
