What's the point for all the SH to be monsters in strenght i dont really understand. It's much better to have 2-3 members capable of beating top tiers and the rest of the crew being able to handle the situation against low/mid tier opponents depending in some other skill like rumble ball, clima tack etc rather than have a crew full of hakimen fodderizing everyone.

Thing is, nobody cares about fodder in a series that resolves conflict by fighting. Let's be honest, most people don't care for low/mid tier characters fighting.
