The most corrupt government that actually practices stuff out in the open, trying to pass a law that allows the Congress to distribute BILLIONS in absolute SECRECY. The congressman who requests funds would be anonymous, the destination would be anonymous, and you wouldn't need to explain what the money was used for.
There's a city here that requested money in order to pay of teeth extraction at the public health care system. People made the calculations. You would need every single citizen of said city to extract more than 10 teeths in order to justify the amount requested.
It's so "not hidden", that it becomes funny and extremely concerning at the same time.
And...ah yes, the current president is trying to accuse fraud on the election system and is actively trying to stage a Coup.
And his BIG BRAIN 10 BILLION IQ play is saying the 2018 elections had fraud....an election that he won....
