- Chapter starts at an island with the Cross Guild
- Buggy is having a presentation before a lot of the members
- He's telling some history about the Marines, some stories about Garp / Sengoku and some new awesome lore about Akainu (I will not spoil it here, you need to wait for the raws to really understand it)
- He then goes over the new Marine Bounty System he created and tells them the top bounties
- The Admirals: Kizaru, Ryokugyu and Fujitora all get an bounty of 3B
- The Fleet Admiral: Akainu get's 4B
- Lasty a legend from the past, but still the Marine Buggy wants captured most, also grandfather of his greatest rival:
Monkey D Garp: 5B
(Buggy has a huge grudge against Garp, because he always made fun of him and beat him near death when Garp and the Roger pirates fought)

The only two left now are Urouge and Bonney.
If I had to guess between the two, I'm going to assume that Urouge is the next supernova we will be focusing on.
