The battle on the rooftop in the manga was so damn long relative to Toie’s chapter/episode ratio that I always knew there was no way large sections of it wouldn’t be ass. The biggest red flag for me was 1026 being well animated cuz historically that meant there was no way the follow ups would be.

Demon Slayer has ruined the anime industry.

Tbh I always prefer solid hand to hand combat animation over whatever good looking effects they have

This is true, DBZ used aura's sparingly and well.

Barely an aura usage until SSJ1 comes out and it doesn't block the damn MC
