They have haki hype, Yassop supposedly has better CoO. Doesn't make him better than Kata in every category.

But Shanks’ commanders have literally been stated to be the strongest commanders in the manga.

So it’s obvious that Yassop is > Jack and Cracker. So even being conservative with what we know he’s Yc2.

It’s much more likely that he’s just straight up Yc1.
