Considering Oda wants to wrap it up, I think Sphinx and Elbaf will be short arc's, Zou like 20-30 chapters at best for Elbaf, Sphinx ecen shorter, while final arc probably starts Lodestar which is the last island following the straight line, and ends with Laughtale.

Kin definitely deserves it.
The only reason the SH's went to PH, was due to Brownbeard's men signal asking for help because Kin was destroying them.

Also I want the singular good thing about Sanji in PH to not go to waste.
It was Sanji who decided to help Kinemon when the others were against it.
