Yes there are times when the bounties have caveats. But they’re more accurate than these fanmade terms.

Caesar builds utilizes and sells WMDs. He also has inside knowledge about the WG due to his time with Vegapunk and was on a group that was hunted by the WG in MADS. His bounty was just 300 million. But I’m lead to believe that Queens bounty is only so high because of destruction?

Katakuri is weaker than Queen in feats and portrayal.

Reread the rooftop, the army jack brought up were fodder that got taken out quickly until just jack remained.

Queen knocked out Big Mom and has a bounty much higher than Katakuris. Feats and portrayal but keep crying
