WC 2022 is literally the time for Brazil's Generation 2000 to shine (alongside maybe Neymar). Not to mention that they lost to Belgium 4 years ago because Fernandinho played for Belgium instead of redeeming himself for Mineirazo and Firmino getting benched in favor of the Gabriel Jesus the Drought.
Also, by now Tite has been handling the team for over 4 years, whereas in 2018, he just had a blink of an eye to prepare. That makes a difference, too.
