The reputation and threat about this "Cross" guild is due to the "team"up between three notorious former Warlord......not an individual achievements.
If it's true Croc get's his bounty increase to 1B (who would have thought)
Why won't Mihawk bounty increases too.

If mihawk make buggy a Yonko when joined then whatever increase Buggy and his crew got was by.. well Mihawk joining.
At the end is a circle wherever you look at it.
Trying to sell Buggy alone influenced his bounty is a quite a reach.

If anything Mihawk bounty make Buggy get a big bounty that would be the logical path

Buggy is considered Emperor, not Mihawk therefore his bounty his inflated.

The balance needed those two to elevate Buggy.

Thing is, I dont see a problem either way honestly.
Because Law/Zoro confirmed in the Cross Guild introduction chapter that Buggy's hype is due to Mihawk & Crocodile.

If Buggy has a lesser bounty than them, its explicit confirmation.
If Buggy has more, then it's only natural since he's the one being prepped up as the chairman/leader of the guild.

The most that anyone can use to taint this Bounty for Mihawk is by saying that he is now hunting Marines for money so the Marines kinda bumped his bounty. And that doesn't really make sense if not for Mihawk being that strong in the first place.

I thought that the SSG were stronger than the Warlords, why in the world does Croco need to have a bounty so high, just send a couple of SSG to beat him.

You can’t deny that they benefit also from joining Buggy. Especially in the eye of the WG (not reader ones)
You tell me 3 Shishi joining hands, under a powerful organisation dont make their individual threat rising ? Obviously they have more power now (more man, ressources etc) and 3 Shishi in the team. That would make any bounty rising instantly.
