Could be a fighting style it's making fodders pass out, cracking ships and splitting clouds..

CoC's essence is not to be confined but freed or overwhelm..

That's not a fighting style. Just because someone has incredible physical strength and can use that physical strength to break objects and slam opponents doesn't mean that physical strength is a fighting style.

What do you think Zoro did when he used ACoC to beat King with. He released (freed) it from his body, coated his swords with it, and then hit King with it that overwhelm King's body to the point it caused him massive damage.

A fighting power then?.. A power that you can fight with..

lets say for a second that i agree Zoro used AdCoC..

As you say he released(freed) CoC from his body and then, coated(confined) it in his swords..

Also King wouldn't have been hurt at all if he didn't take Zoro's bait..

i don't understand why people are so dishonest
i also like shanks as a character but i have no problem admitting that mihawk is stronger even if it may just be a slight edge (like Zoro vs Sanji)
some people here straight up make shit up like calling Shanks a hakiman (source?) or saying Shanks didn't use CoC in his duels (source?)

Just the king fight look at Zoro. Zoro is a much stronger swordsman from gaining better haki. Swordsmanship is op is the abilities you can use with a sword which is why calling meteors, using ice, using fire, using haki, summoning 2 each head and 2 sets of arms, making cracker soliders, etc are all viewed by the op world as swordsmanship. It isn't like our world where we don't have superpowers and can only swing a sword so our swordsmanship. The swordsmanship in op is abilities with a sword.

I Don't get to this day why you'd try to base our worlds standards to one. Like we don't have human fish hybrids that do karate.

lt's possible because if Shanks was close to Mihawk in swordsmanship, he'd be a Grandmaster swordsman instead of a Master swordsman..

Swordsmanship does includes Haki so far but its more restrictive for CoC since its power is to impose your will on others.. And by that more freedom.. So CoC does not work well with Swordsmanship..

Lets analyze this. This line of reasoning works for certain feats and not others. Yasop is said the be the greatest marksmen. Marksmanship is ability to hit your target. Does this mean he is the best gun fighter? Not necessarily. Gun fighting is a broader category that takes more into account then aim. So Yassop is a better marksmen the Beckmen but Beckmen is stronger then Yassop in a fight.

I Mihawk was known as the worlds greatest cutter then you would have a point. But no. He's known as the WSS. This determined by wining sword fights. Marksmenship would be determined by target shooting. No an all out fight to the death
