Calm your tits down and read before replying. No one said Coby is Joy Boy. I don't even get how you even managed to reach that conclusion. Chinjao called Luffy the champion of Rayleigh because he chose Luffy and trained him so that he could try his luck in this era similar to how Garp chose Coby and trained him. That's all there is to it.

Rayleigh knows that luffy is joyboy, shanks knows that luffy is joyboy, that's why he gave him the hat so any of the other members of rogers crew would know that he is the one they've been waiting for and help him. Roger's crew and maybe whitebeard are the only ones who know the secrets from laughtale about joyboy and the void century. There is absolutely no reason to compare Kobe to luffy. Just because chinjao spoke about something he knew little to nothing about doesn't mean you have any reason to project that stupid logic from one character to an entirely different and mostly unrelated character.
