Its not his fault Luffy is one of the most disgusting characters in manga with no relatability what so ever and awakens powers of a random God through no skill and training of his own.

It makes sense because Mihawk's individual strength is worth 3.6 Billion meaning if he took Yonko title he would be worth 6 Billion.

Shanks' rival is Buggy and Buggy is worth 3 billion.
That's not even least for Yonko.

Anyone with a brain can see Mihawk is far stronger than Yonko
