Yet Mihawk has 90% of Shanks bounty
Meaning Mihawk can solo 90% of Shanks crew including Shanks.
Maybe 2 or 3 commanders will be left alive.

Infact beating a top tier 1v1 is even easier. Once again even after Roger gave up pirating, his crew got attacked on their way by countless pirate crews . And they had to defeat them . Roger is basically stated by kaido to be top of the verse not just kaido everyone . Mihawk does not need to be in same era as Roger to be above him. If he is above Roger, his swordskills would not be compared to Shanks would it?? See was able to compare weevils strength to young was eventhough they come from 2 eras . The people of wano could compare luffy to ryumah . Mihawk has never even being remotely compared to scopper gaban..let alone ray or Roger

You see why this type of argument is an issue? There are 3 World's Strongest pirates in the One Piece world. They can't all be the Strongest.
Whitebeard is considered to be the World's Strongest Man and yet he was Rogers rival at the time. Does that mean because Mihawk is also man that he is weaker than Whitebeard and Roger? Ultimately it comes down to feats of strength not titles because as far as I am concerned titles don't mean anything in this manga.

Shanks swordsmanship is not comparable to rogers but the best assessment we have is Shanks was able to compete with Rogers equal and not be defeated. Kaido who had seen all these people in action , knew of Ray as the dark king , never put ray in his top 5. But we seen Shanks there
