The entire argument started after seeing Boa have an updated bounty this chapter during the events of the Marine invasion - which in the timelime of the world - happened like a week before Onigashima raid even right after Boa's homeland was invaded by Marines.

Meaning that the ex-Shichibukai were already given their bounties as soon as they were disbanded.

And this is the translation from Viz

"What are their bounties?" no mention of issuing them at that time.

Brannew making all the explanations about CG and there activities before revealing Bounty is the proof that this bounty is after taking into consideration of everything related to these three till present time.

Also if its all about old bounties in the event of Boa and BB in this spoilers than BB's old bounty of 2.24B would’ve been showed. Than again not long before last chapter they revealed old bounty of BB and within few days of events (a week or more) they again updated it by 1.7B when they already declared him yonko before !?

I believe even if viz translation is differ, it isn't affecting the context in which bounties were revealed in previous chapter. There's no doubt they (marines) or even Oda considered everything before showing there bounties.

We're just discussing possibilities after getting new info about Boa's bounty lol, relax. I'm just trying to rationalize why Buggy has a bounty less than someone who is percieved to be his subordinate.

I posted the official translation above, in which the words used were that he once stood "shoulder-to-shoulder" with Shanks.

Here shoulder to shoulder mentioned coz of there rank as cabin boy or just the apprenticeship (whatever was that). That's the only time period for which they were together.

Likewise there won't be a problem if lesser strength person is the boss while stronger one are subordinates. Marines or WG or Oda can make things however they want to.
