- Weevil Appears, bounty - 3,33 billion, user of Masa Masa no Mi (Friction). He uses it similarly to Whitebeard with his awakening.
- Stainless explains that he has been a creation of Vegapunk since Rox Era, but he went missing after the God Valley incident, till later when he was captured. He lacks intelligence, but he is biologically immortal and has insane strength like young Whitebeard (he is inspired by the Frankenstein monster). However he can still be killed.
- With his awakening he applies friction
on the environment, the marine fleet glide and slide around
- Kizaru appears and fights Weevil with the Light Saber, Weevil uses friction on his glaive which ends up heating in return and coats it in powerful haki
- Weevil dominates the clash and breaks the Light Saber
- Stainless stabs him from behind but we find out he can't feel pain at all even tho he's bleeding. He turns to Stainless, Kizaru pierces him with a lightbeam, he is bleeding but he can't feel any pain.
- Chapter ends with Weevil destroying Stainless, and applying friction on his upperbody which has fire + lightning coming off his body, turns to Kizaru.
