with that in mind vivi is more plausible, since she technically is a strawhat but has her kingdom to rule, so even after the final saga, she wouldn't be a pirate.
and the one who compensates the difference with teach's crew doesn't have to be with the strawhat. someone mentioned coby earlier for example.

- Aokiji notices Cobys scarf and curses saying how Blackbeard got ahold of him
- Aokiji attacks Blackbeard to free Coby
- At the end of the chapter Aokiji bounty is revealed
- Admiral of SWORD Kuzan Aokiji Bounty 3,362,000,000 billion berry

Aokiji killed a close friend because of orders without blinking a eye.
But blew his cover for Coby.
