She does know parts of it. Ohara was wiped out for knowing some things that Robin knows about. She doesn't know the complete history. Dressrossa Robin doesn't know that much less than Wano Robin but they increased her bounty even more than Zoro—She's got the biggest boost after Luffy. Because she now has resources to act upon whatever knowledge she has all along.

They don't function anywhere near the same just fan-made headcannon, akainu is not matching sengoku in only two years of being FA.

Lol, what headcanon? You do realize their way of functioning doesn't change with a change in leadership right? Marines still do the same shit they used to do two years ago. The only thing that changed is that Akainu recruited more people via the marine draft and he's being more aggressive with his approach.
