Also, tobirama has other jutsu than his speed technique. Like, he was hyped for his water techniques iirc. And he has that peper bomb stuff. Also, he has senju dna and high amounts of chakra.

You acknowledge that movement speed and reaction speed are 2 different stats right?

Minato’s movement speed is superior to Tobirama’s but his reaction speed (even in KCM) is worse

Not to mention that he could use his Edo Tensei tandem paper bomb to blow up entire areas, use suiton to displace his kunai (placing FTG kunai was his specialty, and he has more chakra to work with than him

None of Tobirama's ninjutsu is fast enough to catch Minato. He outspeeds the 8th Gate in terms of reaction time, so his small scale suiton ninjutsu or Edo Tensei paper bomb ninjutsu really doesn't matter here. It'll be these two slashing each other to death.

Tobirama has better reactions than Minato even in KCM, he can use suiton to displace his tags, and tandem paper bomb to remove entire areas that Minato could’ve marked
