Everyone and their mom already knew Sanji was gonna get another free no effort upgrade from vegapunk. I've been saying this for months. This is not a good thing for Sanji character development wise. Getting free powerups with no work. Even DF users need to master their DFs and Zoro needs to work to master Enma.

The only way Sanji is ever going to reach admiral level is with help from scientists not his own efforts.

Since Sanji's haki level is so low you can probably mass produce fighters near Sanji level pretty easily.

The Marines have toys stronger than the n°4. They can screech all they want, n°4 capped under Vergo and without scientific freebies where would he be?
Lately I've noticed that some candies are terrified that the n°4 might get a PU or a new RS in this arc, so they stopped with the "Lanji arc" meme, imagine needing another free power up to fight Vasco Shot, Laffitte at best. Things are looking real bad. :kobeha:

Usopp - > learned CoO in a extreme situation and has to improve it by himself
Chopper - > Improved his Monster Point by his own
Franky - > no power up, just has gone all out first time since the time skip
Robin -> Has gone all out the first time since the time skip and had to learn the fishmen- karate technique

Zoro - > He copied Kinemon's technique by just taking a look at it , but still had to learn it by himself, Enma was granted to him, but still had to learn to control it, same goes to advanced CoC
Luffy -> Was bullied for 11 hours by Katakuri in order to get a grasp on future sight, Hyogoro was giving hime some instructions, but he still had to figure out how to learn advanced CoA and CoC and work on mastering it by himself

Law/Kid - > Had to figure out Awakening on their own, which they haven't mastered yet at all- stamina waste is still something they have to figure out to be reduced on their own

Sanji -> His brother gifted him a Raid Suit that his daddy crafted for him, that requires zero mastery in order to be able to use it to it's full extend, also awakened his exoskeleton on a random and convient occaision, which also was another of Judge's doings.

Only one left who was granted a cheap power is Nami....She is piss weak physically, has no access to haki and more importantly rooting for science- so it suits her thematically as well, hence it's understandable and reasonable.

Those are just the power ups Oda decided to point out and most of them are much more random than Sanji's exoskeleton. But let's take them for granted, I was talking about power ups that are much more sneaky.

Let's take Zoro as an example.
At first, Zoro was helpless against King. The YC was just too fast and physically much stronger, basically on a completely different level. After Zoro was able to control his CoC, he suddenly became fast and strong enough to fight King. And this happened countless times to Zoro and to countless characters (like Law of Kid, but also Franky, most of the strawhats and pre TS Sanji). Post TS Sanji got an exoskeleton instead :kayneshrug:

Also I don't understand why Sanji's mental suffering is considered less than Zoro or Luffy's physical suffering. He didn't get a free exoskeleton.

Zolo > get sword as a gift every arc and get haki even gifted from oden and enma and he is lost

Sanji and Vega connection makes a lot of sense, even more than Sanji vs King, and the 'Sanji vs King' year was amazing even tho they didn't even fight :steef:

So IJ....his actual PU doesnt exist ? Which requires good CoA and more energy/stamina.
