Umm Vista is confirmed YC2 and Core Crew member of WBP and Oda said Devision numbers don't matter

How do you know Shanks can deal with Vista without looking at him and day dreaming?

That is by far the most dominating feat in the series

Consider Jozu who is weaker than Vista and not even a swordsman can make Aokiji bleed, if Aokiji looks away from Vista for one nano second he loses a limb.

Mihawks feat against Vista might be the best CoO feat in the series.
