Since we know that Imu has erased both people, locations and kingdoms from existence, I don't think it's too big of a stretch that he would either erase the existence of powerful technologies, or keep it for himself/Marines.
No one would know except for Imu. He could potentially have a large selection of deadly, unknown tools. I don't believe the Gorosei would know about most of them.
He probably also has done it with devil fruits too, having them given to strong Marines. The color trio and Sengoku's come to mind.
If One Piece was more of a... "smarter series" I could also see Imu eradicating concepts of government like, democracies from history too.

I mean more along the lines of they shouldn't know any of Sanji's abilities and alot of what he can do is not known by the greater world. I wasnt jabbing at Sanji it is just that he has always been lowkey. I also didn't really think about bounties cause Vegapunk didn't seem to look at them by their bounties.
