I still think Urouge being the 10th captain is one of the best options

He's the last remaining supernova who has yet to feature in an arc

And given how Bonney is now being connected to both Kuma and Vegapunk who are huge figures in the story, I feel like Urouge will be important

Especially since he is from a sky island, which will most likely hold some relevance in relation to the void century

He is also confirmed to be AT LEAST low-YC level so it would be believable if he were one of BB's commanders
