And they are talking about promotion to an "All Star" which is a general term... but not necessarily to take on Queen's rank... because Jack will take on Queen's rank... and the one promoted will take Jack's position as third strongest...

In other words... Jack has no funny gag that makes him die like Queen Obesity to joke about getting All-star position from him

This is all about Queen and his Oshiroko from last chapter which Queen has been demanding food... it's a joke about him dying from food.... not that they ignored Jack... and just jumped to Queen
