Lunarians aren't even mentioned in this chapter.
What we know for now is that Seraphim Jinbe is still a kid and that seraphins weren't tested against lasers. We don't know if they lack some lunarian traits or not.
Certainly not enough to push any agenda.

King and lunarians have very very little to do with this chapter. Unless we want to discuss about the upcoming evil lunarian Sanji, I didn't expect a seraphim to make contact with Sanji so early on in the arc
