People don't understand that Brannew explained how they need to issue New Bounties for Shichibukai after the System was Abolished, even though they did no Crimes

This means that those Bounties simply reflect how Dangerous and Strong WG believe these Pirates are now that they are Free to do anything

Crocodile's DF Abilities + Leadership earned him Bounty of 1.9B

Mihawk's Swordsman Abilities earned him Bounty of 3.6B

Hancock's (Most Probably) DF Abilities + Leader of Kuja earned her Bounty of 1.6B

Buggy's Influence + Leadership earned him Bounty of 3.1B ... etc

So there are Two Facts I derived from this:

1. Mihawk's Bounty is solely based on how Strong WG thinks he is, and apparently they believe he is too Strong even by Yonko Standards

2. WG believes that regardless if you have Powerful Hax DF, Powerful Logia, Leader of a Warriors Nation, Rival Shanks, Create Biggest Organization, Being a Yonko, Starting Rebellions ... etc you still don't deserve to have Bounty Higher than Mihawk

After that Oda showed us how Teach Bounty jumped from 2B to 4B just for being Active and causing trouble left and right which basically translates to Piracy Crimes and Consistency

Meaning that the only reason anyone have Higher Bounty than 3.5B is cuz of their Activity and continued Crimes, another example is Roger and WB are Equals and yet Roger got 500M Extra due to finding Laugh Tale

But the fact remains, when it comes to giving Bounties based on simply how Strong or Dangerous someone is, Mihawk is Top of Ladder, Unrivaled

Jinbei would probably get a bounty in the range of 1.4-1.8 B if he was an independent captain like the rest of the warlords.

The only person who received a huge boost in bounty due to Cross Guild was Buggy because the famous duo joining him legitimized his hype for WG, which resulted in them giving him a deserving bounty. They still gave him a lower bounty than Mihawk.

Mihawk comes from a bounty of 1-2 billion, or even more (considering Hancock's bounty), while Crocodile last known bounty is 81 million. Less than 181 million in MF (and that assuming he had any) considering Luffy increase of only 100 million, and less than any other SN who did stuff in NW during 2 years and barely got some significant increase (Law the highest with +220 mill).
Less than 500 million for sure, as the max we can assume for him before Cross Guild.

Buggy got an increase of more than 3billion (from 15 mill)!! Lmao. That's the highest increase in OP history probably. And bounties rise up with more stuff you do, they accumulate overtime, not only based on strength, idiot. That's why Mihawk's higher. He already has a much higher start than Buggy.
