Chapter 5: The Future King of the Pirates and The Master Swordsman
-Helmeppo tells Luffy that he hid Zoro's swords in his room.
-Luffy uses Helmeppo as a human shield after Marine officers threaten to shoot.
-Koby tells Zoro the truth about how Helmeppo never intended to let him go after a month.
-Zoro and Koby get cornered by a firing squad lead by Captain Morgan
-Before Zoro is executed, he says he can't die and still has a promise to fulfill.
-We cut to a flashback where a young Zoro keeps losing to a girl named Kuina to a sword duel, score is 0-2000.
-Zoro is apparently the strongest swordfighter in a dojo, even beating the adults.
-Kuina is the headmaster's daughter.
-Zoro tells the headmaster how he's going to sail the world and become the greatest swordsman in the world.
-The next night, Zoro challenges Kuina to a duel with real swords, Kuina wins.
-Kuina says how her being a woman and her developing breasts are holding her back from being a better swordsman, Zoro denies this and says that it doesn't matter if she's a boy or a girl, she's still strong.
-They make a promise about one day one of them will become the greatest swordsman and they will fight for the title afterward.
-The next day, Kuina is reportedly dead, caused by falling down a staircase.
-Devastated, Zoro begs the headmaster for Kuina's sword and claims he'll become a swordsman so great that his name will be known in heaven.
-We cut back to the present before Zoro is executed, Luffy jumps in front of the gunfire with Zoro's swords and is unaffected because of his Gomu-Gomu powers.
-Luffy gives Zoro his swords, Zoro smiles and tells Luffy that he has a crewmate.
