One Piece is about Inherited Will.

Oden's Will was to open the Borders of Wano. We know from Oden's Dad, Sukiyaki, that, Pluton being activated is tied to the borders opening.

We all know how much Oda loves Wano, and Oden, too. Oda won't offscreen Oden's dream. The Straw Hats will return to complete Oden's Will, and open the Borders of Wano, while someone (probably Blackbeard) attacks for Pluton.
