Zoro had a short flashback during his fight against King but yeah… that’s it
Oda had his chance in Wano and fucked up
That short flashback did Zoro good for his character imo. That's why I enjoyed Zoro vs King so much. If only Oda expand more on it.
Am I tripping or I just saw a thread titled "Why Zoro has two advanced haki and Sanji has none"?

Regardless, WG at its best. The trolling never stops.
Nah you ain't tripping. The thread is actually there.

You're dragging it now lol

I see what you're trying to do but.. yeah
:kuzanshut:
I think he is fine as is but will probably end up with one and Oda will fuck up his character almost as bad as he did Sanji
That's one reason lol.

I guess if Oda does give Zoro another backstory and doesn't retcon the whole Kuina flashback then it should be fine. But Oda poorly handled writings would probably mess his character up like you said. So Zoro not having another backstory is probably for the good of Zoro's character.

Oda loves Sanji.

I can tell that because of the way he writes him or the way he characterize him or the way he makes him evolves.

Zoro is the strong, the honorific the willpowered, but Sanji is much deeper, he is the representation of masculinity in all its glory (and all its failure also).

Sanji is far from being a perfect written character, but there is something deep in the way Oda writes Sanji and should I say.. personal. In a way, I could easily see Sanji as the character Oda is the closest with.
