All their personalities are also based on character personalities that the actors played
Kunie Tanaka (Kizaru) usually played comedy troll characters who never takes anything serious and fucks up a lot
Yusaku Matsuda (Aokiji) usually played crime or thriller roles like detectives in which he was always portrayed in a very cool way
Bunta Sugawara (Akainu) usually played very serious thriller characters like Mafia bosses and the like who were always serious killers

You're taking this actor stuff way too seriously, I really don't think Oda made these powerful and very important characters just for the purpose of showing how much he likes IRL actors.

Inspiration != purpose.
