There the characteristic visuals, which are thick flowing CoC lightning was shown.

Here none of that is visible. No where in any source material it was suggested that G5 infuses CoC in attacks automatically. Luffy does it at will.

Since the early spoiler came out people were wanking G5 as the most godly broken ability but now with the raws some are switching up saying that its fine G5 didn't do much to lucci because he didn't use advanced haki
