Panels not bad but you Could have shown Sentomaru getting impaled better Oda. Always showing us the after math of shit…..character appearing behind x character is getting old.

especially when we know your capable of showing other angles.

I'm waiting to see if he can do something like Snakeman in G5, or even something faster than Snakeman.
That would look sick against characters like Kizaru.

He should be able, he doesn't need to transform once again, he just need to mimic it or something.

Snake Man problem was his mobility, I guess Luffy now can do the springness moves (after all the limit is his imagination) to fly, he already runs in air so.. doing that he can have snake man speed levels attacks.

Kizaru is either going to clash with Zoro 1v1 or Because Oda had Greenbull solo King and Queen he may have Zoro and Sanji clash with Kizaru to show how much stronger they are than the All stars.

Im not sure tho… if Zoros going on Luffys path, the next thing Luffy did after fighting Kat was get washed by Kaido.

Did you not see Luffy go full vanilla & not use all the three advanced haki forms that he trained in over the course of the New World?
Did you not see Luffy not using those muscle expansion or Gigant mode?

To put it simply, Lucci fought against a highly nerfed version of Luffy using just Nika and nothing more than that.
And that's because Oda wanted to redraw that Lucci vs Luffy clash from Enies Lobby but with their awakenings this time around.
Besides, the main purpose of gear 5 this chapter wasn't due to Lucci's powerlevel - it's because Oda can then make Vegapunk see Nika and give that exposition dump about Devil Fruits.

It's not like Oda didn't have a choice tho.
He could have made Luffy go G5 to face Lucci, Kaku, Stussy & S-Bear. That, seen your reasoning, would've been more justified. Instead Oda chose to showcase it in a 1v1.

The time of low difficulty has already passed.

I'm loving Luffys fighting style, I need a new Pirate Warriors or decent action adventure/RPG (no turn based) game to play as Gear 5 now!

Also need that Ifrit Jambe and Demonio Fleur!

Hope Usopp and Brook will get proper fights and powerups next arc, if not this one too, especially at Elbaf too ideally...

Brook hasn't had a major 1v1 fight since he joined either, Zeo is the closest he's has, I wish he had fought Amande or helped vs Smoothie but alas...

Joy vs Despair or even Nihilism, interesting.

I do think BB will try to spread a literal and metaphorical darkness across the entire world, with his Yami awakening especially and thus make it permanently that way too.

Also trying to force everyone to sleep forever so they can never stop dreaming (Infinite Tsukiyomi and Uta style) or preferably, he inflicts insomnia on everyone purposely as he apparently can't sleep for sone reason and may want them to suffer as he does too?

I see Blackbeard and Xebec as the dark side of freedom too, the extremists, who take freedom to do anything, too literally, too far.
True lawlessness (pun not intended in this ironic situation with him and Law lol).

BB has a move called Liberation too after all...

Blackbeard being like a black hole thematically too is great though, a walking void that nullifies all hope, joy, dreams, ambitions etc. Just drains you of all good things and encourages despair.
