Oda needs a better sense of what's hype or not and a bit better pacing.

Like literally nothing happens this chapter again.

Luffy montage vs Lucci + DF lore + kizaru last panel could be done within 6-8 panels.

I don't think I'd care. Not a Luffy fan.

Although Oda should not spam it I think. Luffy said it's peak of what he can achieve with his DF and he uses it to toy with fodders like Lucci for whatever reason.
