Jabra got beated badly by Sanji so bad that he decided to quit and live his life, while Lucci and Kaku decided to be government dogs again (no pun intended) because they think they can get a rematch with Luffy and Zoro.

Or

Jabra will be revealed as the Supreme Commander of CP0 units later since Lucci's group has to reunite with Jabra in Enies Lobby because they needed his support.

Now, which answer will benefit me more?
