As I said here =>
Akainu blew up a civilian ship, he killed his own soldiers for escaping the battlefield, his actions aligns with what Aokiji said.

Yes, I don’t quite agree with Kuzan. I think Sakazuki’s actions were (brutally) rational. I think the one who went mad was Kuzan himself. Something fundamental about him broke that day, when he adopted “lazy justice.” It was his way of coping with his station. He thinks Sakazuki is an idiot and madman, no doubt.
Sakazuki however rationalized that it was a sacrifice that had to be made. The deaths of the professors would be in vain otherwise, and with the civilians killed, hundreds would be sacrificed for the sake of millions. Sure, there’s something mentally off about someone who can commit such acts without hesitation, but to him, the ends justify the means, and he views pirates as less than human, and traitors also deserving of death.
Garp is similar to Kuzan. He puts on a goofy veneer, but he knows the extent of the terrible things the WG and marines let and make happen. He was furious at Sakazuki for killing Ace, yet he supported the marines actions that lead to it all the way through, and blamed Ace. Dadan was right to smack him. Even afterwards, he’s continued to serve them.
The true chad is Issho, rolls into the top of the food chain through his strength and skill and gets his agenda done while working within the system and bending it to his will. Probably has the clearest sense of justice of the lot too.
